To earn a Circles of Excellence Bonus Point, upload evidence of your class hosting an event to this form.
- Qualifying events include mini trade shows, showcases, and fundraising events.
- Examples of acceptable evidence include photographs, videos, and registration records.
Firms may receive 1 bonus point for school- or district-wide events and 2 bonus points for events open to external schools or districts.

This form must be submitted by May 31 at 11:55 PM ET to receive a point. Submissions are accepted throughout the school year but will not be reviewed until the end of Period 6.
